FEES & CHARGES
(Effective from 1st July 2007 to 1st July 2008)

Function Hire.

1. Bond                                        $ 330.00
2. Hire                                          $187.00 (Incl. $17.00 GST)
3. Key Deposit                            $ 22.00
4. Use of Kitchen                       $22.00

Total Fee:                                $561.00

Cleaning fee per hour                $33.00
(if premises are not left in a satisfactory state of cleanliness)
The entire hire fee of $561.00 must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to hire.
The hire fee of $187.00 will be deducted and the remainder ($374.00) returned to the hirer by mail, following an inspection of the premises and return of the key.
Cleaning fees and any other costs relating to damage or misuse of the premises will be deducted.

Activity Hire.                   

1. Non- profit ( per hour )                  $11.00 (includes GST )

1. Other  - per hour                            $16.50  ( includes GST )

Photocopy.

1. 1-10 copies                                                   20c each
2. 10-100 copies                                               10c each

NB – no more than 100 copies per person / organization.
Fax.

• 50c per local fax.
• $2.00 per STD fax.
