Function Hire

Bond $350.00
Hire $220.00
Key Deposit 50.00
Total Fee $620.00


Cleaning fee per hour                $35.00
(If premises are not left in a satisfactory state of cleanliness)

The entire hire fee of $620.00 must be paid no later than seven (7) days prior to hire.
The hire fee of $220.00 will be deducted and the remainder ($380.00) returned to the hirer in a cheque by mail or as arranged with administration, following an inspection of the premises and return of the key.
Cleaning fees and any other costs relating to damage or misuse of the premises will be deducted.

ACTIVITY HIRE FEES

Non- profit ( per hour )                  $15.00

Other  - per hour                           $22.00

1-10 copies                20c each
10-100 copies            10c each
NB – no more than 100 copies per person / organization

50c per local fax.
$2.00 per STD fax.
Please note the above rates are effective from 1st July 2011 to 1st July 2012 only.
